Evacuation centers and animal shelters have opened in Ventura County for people and pets who’ve had to leave their homes due to the Hill Fire or Woolsey Fire.

  • Rancho Santa Susana Recreation Center, 5005 E. Los Angeles Ave., Simi Valley; evacuation center, no animals 
  • Borchard Community Center, 190 Reino Road, Newbury Park; evacuation center, small animals accepted, N-95 masks available
